Message	and degreaser, etc, it should be fine. Never gave it a second thought when I did mine at least. I did thoroughly wash it though. If it is just dust, it's not going to do anything, it is going to get combusted and go out the exhaust... Same goes with sandblasting and powdercoating stuff.
